Arbitration

i). M/S. HLP: A private and more informal process where parties agree to submit their dispute to one or more arbitrators who make a binding decision. Arbitration is typically faster and more flexible than litigation and can be tailored to the specific needs of the parties involved.

ii). Mediation: A collaborative process where a neutral third party, known as a mediator, facilitates communication between disputing parties to help them reach a mutually acceptable agreement. Mediation is a non-binding process that emphasizes negotiation and compromise, allowing parties to maintain control over the resolution.

iii). Conciliation: Similar to mediation, conciliation involves a neutral third party who helps facilitate discussions and propose solutions. The conciliator may take a more active role in suggesting terms for settlement and working with parties to reach an agreement.

iv). Arbitration and Mediation: We are handling domestic and international arbitration and mediation proceedings for resolving disputes outside traditional courts and Appellate Jurisdictions.
