Financial Disputes and Litigation: Handling disputes arising from financial transactions and banking operations, specializing in handling cases and legal matters related to India's Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) system. The DRTs are quasi-judicial bodies established under the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993 (RDDBFI Act), which was later amended by the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act). These tribunals are designed to expedite the recovery of debts owed to banks and financial institutions.
